Just watched an episode of Top Chef Masters on Hulu... D'oh! Staying strong, but having cravings still. Not so much hungry, but want food. I'm curious to see how this goes over the next few days. Had a tea and put some maple syrup in that today - very pleased with that as a sweetener!
Hey All! I'm here to tell you about my journey to be a healthier, HWP (height-weight proportionate) person. I have a lot of reasons to do this and I'm finally taking them seriously. Hopefully we can share ideas, recipes, workouts, and motivation along the way.
